Just Laugh

Life is full of misery and pain, but despite all that there is always hope. However, sometimes it is hard to see that hope; especially if it takes a while for anything positive to occur. I know my own life is not how I want it to be. So I think that it is best during such times to be able to laugh.

There has been a lot of research about the health benefits of laughter. From personal experience I would have to agree that genuine laughter is a great natural remedy to a lot of life’s problems. And as my father once told me, “If you can’t laugh, then you know you’re in deep shit.”

So the next time you’re feeling down find a great friend and do something fun and funny together. It may not completely lessen the hardship you are going through, but you’ll be feeling a lot better than when you started.
